Exciting News: Ukrainian Cookbook for Charity

It’s here! It is finally here.

I contributed one of my mom’s incredible fish recipes to this beautiful cookbook. If you are looking for ways to continue to support Ukraine please consider purchasing this community cookbook. All proceeds will go towards humanitarian aid for Ukrainians.

Trust me, the recipes in this cookbook are incredibly delicious and will introduce you to the complexity and diversity of Ukrainian cuisine. This cookbook is also recording the memories, stories, and culinary culture of Ukraine.

One of the main organizers of this project is Casey Ritter who is based in Austin doing incredible work to raise awareness and funds for Ukraine.
