Amazing Guide! Would you perhaps have any recommendations for Madrid?

Hi Gio! So kind of you to say. I don’t have one for Madrid yet. Do check out James’ YouTube channel https://youtu.be/vhqcaonPnCA?si=BMRfy0PreBfog5td

Love this! Reminds me of the rustic Italian olive sourdough recipe I adapted from NYC restaurant Il Buco for easy home cooking!

Literally drooling looking at these pictures and descriptions. Using Manteca Ibérica - WOW!

It’s a few years since I was last in Barcelona (was there for a conference), and I am not much of a tourist - always feel guilty for tramping round someone’s neighbourhood, partly because because of living in a tourist town and finding the tourists annoying 🤣, and also have seen the demonstrations against tourists in Barcelona and Venice.

But those bakeries look stunning! I remember having lunch of a ham roll from a bakery in Barcelona - can’t remember the name of the bakery, but the bread was 👌🏼.
